Starbucks + lunch dates!

Yesterday we had a busy Friday.. Warren had booked the day off so he could have a long weekend so we made the most of it! Sienna had playgroup (she has decided it's called playgroup now as that's what Peppa & George call it!) so we had our usual morning rush to get ready and then dropped her off. While she was there I needed to get new tyres on my car so while it was being done, Warren & I popped to Starbucks for a coffee.

I then quickly popped into Primark; I wanted to get some new workout gear but they had pretty much nothing in my size.. annoying! I also went into Boots to get some Mum & baby bits for my friend who just had a baby! We are seeing them on Monday so I've put together little baskets for them with some essentials we found helpful when Sienna was first born!

It was soon time to pick Sienna up and then we decided to go for a little family lunch! We tried a new tearoom we had heard good things about and it was lovely! I got the ham & cheese toastie and Warren got the carrot & butternut squash soup. Sienna did have a toastie like me but she was too tired to eat much, she just drank her apple juice and picked at it.

We got home for her to nap and then had a text from Warren's dad to meet them for dinner at 6:30! So we were pretty much eating out all day haha! Never mind ;) While Sienna was napping, I was researching nutmeg.com.. they specialise in helping you invest your money wether it be with an ISA, standard non-ISA or through a pension. It was launched in 2011 and has since been branded as 'the new way to invest'. It's main attraction is how easy it is to use and the low non-hidden fees. A pension is something I have been looking at starting as I am self employed so don't get one through my employment. If you want to see more, check out this video.

We finished the day with good food, conversation and drinks! The perfect end to the start of our long weekend!
