Mid week treats

On Wednesday, Warren was working from home.. I always like it when he's working from home as even though he does work.. it feels a bit easier and more relaxed like at the weekend. In the morning I made mince pies ready for Christmas! Sienna wasn't that interested in helping me so I whipped them up by myself! I think I should have rolled the pastry a bit thinner but they still taste delicious!

In Warren's lunch break, we popped out for coffee and to get some food, we went to two places in our  home town that we hadn't been into before and they were so good! The Bean shot coffee was delicious and such a cute little coffee shop, we will definitely be going back! Then we headed the The Green Monkey to get some healthy food in us! I went for a Guacamole wrap and Warren had a cheese & tomato gluten free tart. Both came with yummy superfood salads and then we got some drinks. I had a green machine juice and Warren had a Berry madness smoothie, both were so good! I really want a juicer now haha!

We came home for Warren to go back to work and Sienna and I had a little playdate with some friends that came to see us. It was a lovely day midweek with lots of yummy treats and got us so excited for Christmas! I didn't have any work or housework to do so I spent the afternoon browsing the internet.. mainly looking for Christmas presents for Sienna but I was also snooping on Urban Retreat.. I have my eyes on the Hourglass Ambient lighting blush palette. I have heard so much about these blushes and a palette with them all in is very appealing! It's is quite pricey but I find blushes last me forever so it works out quite good value for money in the long run.
