Sausage & Bean Stew!

Serves 2. 


6 low fat/lean sausages,
1 onion,
1 tbsp oil,
400g can chopped tomatoes,
400g butter beans in water, drained,
1 tbsp tomato puree,
pinch of herbs; whatever you have or like!,
splash of Worcestershire sauce,
pinch of black pepper!


Put the sausages & onions with the oil in a pan and cook until the sausages have browned.
Add the can of tomatoes, herbs & puree and then fill half the empty can with water and add that. 
Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the drained beans, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and simmer for another 5-10 minutes to warm the beans through.
Serve and enjoy!

This is a great all in one dish thats quick and easy to make any day of the week! Its also super healthy and full of protein to keep you full! Not to mention it's delicious :)
