Slendertone Abs belt review - 2 week progress update!

So it's been 2 weeks since I was very kindly sent the Slendertone Premium Abs belt (along with a 6 week workout plan designed by celebrity personal trainer Nicki Waterman) to try out. Now as you know, I do a lot of workouts myself anyway and so I actually decided to carry on doing my usual workouts and added the Slendertone in. I also thought this would help me give a more fair review of the belt.

The belt I received is their most advanced abs belt featuring 10 programmes and a maximum intensity of 150. 7 of the programmes are 'passive' which require no physical exercise to be done and 3 are 'active' meaning you can use these programmes whilst doing exercise. The programmes are numbered 1-10 and work like this..

Programmes 1 to 6: Evolved programmes from Initiation to Pro
Programme 7: Specific Strength
Programme 8: Endurance (can be used with a low cardio activity. E.g. active walk or home bike)
Programme 9: Beginner Crunch (use the belt while doing front crunches)
Programme 10: Advanced Crunch (use the belt while doing lateral crunches)


The intelligent training system automatically progresses through the programmes each time you put it on so you don't have to choose or remember which you were on.. it has that memory for you. It also has built-in warm up and cool down phases to ensure correct muscle usage which is great. The belt does all the work for you, all you have to do is put it on!

It's been really easy to use and I have seen brilliant progress. I actually found it really hard to get my progress in photos.. these were the best of the bunch but I think you can definitely tell there is some muscle under there! I forgot to take before pictures but there was no muscle even though I was still slim. I have also noticed that it has actually toned my little bit of wrinkly excessive skin as well which I'm so happy about as I hated it! I thought I'd only get rid of it with a tummy tuck but it seems I was wrong... all I needed was the Slendertone! I'm so impressed with this progress after just 2 weeks and can't wait to see the results in another 2 weeks! I'll have a 6 pack at this rate ;)
