I don't normally use a concealer on any blemishes as I find most don't blend well, leave dark patches all over my face and break me out. I used to just layer up a bit more foundation over any problem areas I wanted more coverage on. However, I love the Clinique even better foundation so much that I wanted to try out the concealer as well.
The Clinique Even Better concealer is a brightening and concealing product in one and gives a moderate to full coverage. I have been using this over blemishes and under my eyes and I love the effect and results it gives. For under my eyes it adds the coverage over my dark circles but does also brighten slightly so I look more awake. It's also quite a creamy texture so blends well and isn't too drying; a lot of under eye concealers exaggerate my fine lines but this doesn't.
Over blemishes it gives a great amount of build able coverage and again blends well but stays put for a good few hours. It's not heavy and cakey as it builds in thin layers rather than one thick layer. It works so well with the Even Better Foundation, together they are a dream team of base products for anyone wanting a great amount of coverage that still looks natural. I can't recommend this highly enough!
