Weleda Baby range

Sienna and I have very similar skin types on our body. Our skin dries really quickly and can get dry/dehydrated and itchy if we don't moisturise every day so when we went away, moisturiser was a must have for our wash bags. 

Instead of lugging two big, heavy tubs of moisturiser with us, we took the Weleda Calendula Body Lotion*. It is from the baby range but is perfect for mums too as it leaves a gorgeous sheen on the skin and has the loveliest subtle scent. It is 100% natural, 99% organic and free from synthetic preservatives, fragrance and colorants. It's nice clean, fresh scent that is great for both mum and baby and is gentle yet deeply moisturising, without a greasy residue. I particularly love how there is no artificial fragrances as a lot of times I have bought products that say 'suitable for sensitive skin' only to be loaded with parabens and parfum; 2 things that don't agree with my sensitive skin. 

Along with the gorgeous lotion, we also took the mini Calendula shampoo & body wash* and the mini Calendula face cream* for Sienna to try out. I love how you can buy these in minis so they're perfect for holidays without having to transfer everything into leaky travel pots! Again these were both gorgeous, having the same lovely scent and gentle effect on Sienna. The face cream I found helpful for dry patches around her nose and even her knees. It didn't leave a greasy residue either and Warren even used a bit for after he has shaved and really liked it too. I mentioned in Sienna's bathroom tour video that we have only used Dentinox on her hair since the day she was born as I was worried about using anything else that might not help cradle cap or dry skin. After using the body lotion I was sure this would be fine and I was right, we used it for the week on her and it was great. It left her hair so sleek and shiny too! 

I'd never really explored the Weleda baby range before however now I think this is one of my favourite baby lotions for her (and me!). The texture is just so lovely, it sinks in well and does leave the skin hydrated and looking glowy and healthy. What's not to love about these award winning products?
