East Coast All Wood Multi Height Highchair

I have been after a new highchair for Sienna for absolutely ages, as we had the Graco tea time one and I hated it. It was big, bulky and the cover was hard to clean and stained now matter how many times I washed it. It also meant when the cover was in the wash, the highchair was completely out of use!

As you all know I am a Beebies Baby Store ambassador and whilst browsing their website (which I do nearly everyday!) I came across the East coast multi height highchair and instantly fell in love, if there is such a thing with a highchair!

As soon as we received it and Warren put it together (which was easy, hurrah!) I was so happy with our choice. It is solid wood which is what I was looking for as it's so much easier to wipe down; anyone who has done or is doing BLW will know how messy it can get and a fabric, even wipe clean seat does just not cut it.

It comes with the detachable tray which just simply screws on and off at the sides. Again, it is still all the same wood so is easily cleaned and sanitised. We don't use the tray daily at the moment as I like Sienna sitting at the table with us but I do use it for things like lunch or painting in the garden because she isn't stable at the garden table just yet.

It has a full safety harness which is brilliant and is adjustable to quite a big size which is also a big plus point for me. Sienna actually outgrew the should straps in her Graco one ages ago; they just wouldn't go big enough to go up and over her arms properly. This meant she had no room for movement, she was literally stuck to the back of the seat and couldn't sit forward. In the end we had to stop using them but then she was constantly standing up, it was all very unsafe and stressful!

The safety harness on the East Coast highchair are attached at the side and underneath, not the back of the seat and so allows for that gap between the chair and Sienna, meaning she can sit forward and get in a comfortable position to eat.

The adjustable footrest and multi height seat means you can keep that comfort factor even as the child grows, which is perfect. We can get so much use out of it for Sienna and then for baby number 2, making it so worth the extra bit of money compared to one like the Graco.

I love how sleek and 'grown up' it looks for a highchair. It tucks in under the table so isn't bulky and doesn't stick out much more than our regular chairs but doesn't squash Sienna's legs either. It goes with our current dining table and chairs much better than the old one and just looks so much better.

Beebies Baby Store really does sell all of the best, most practical and convenient products/brands which is just another reason why we love the company and love being an ambassador for them.  If you're doing BLW or planning on doing it with your little one, I 100% recommend this highchair, it will make the whole experience easier for you! You can purchase it here for just £84.99.
