You may have seen back in September I reviewed and loved the Ozeri Green Earth Wok. When we were offered the chance to review the frying pan as well, I was a bit too excited. I mean, frying pans have never excited me before... however, if this pan was as non stick as the wok, I knew I could potentially beat Warren at omelette making. It's a little joke thing we have going on, I am awful at them and they end up being an egg scramble every time. He likes to boast he is a better cook than me and as I like to thing of myself as a domestic goddess (yeah right!)... I'm not cool with that!
Most of the points are the same as the wok; being PTFE and PFOA free and having the scratch resistant surface. The frying pan itself is very deep making it perfect for potato fritattas or even those egg scrambles ;) It is very solid but not too heavy to lift with one hand. I love the handle, it's is the perfect size/shape and very sturdy, it also offers great grip. It is just as non stick as the wok, my omelette skills are definitely getting better, not I just need to master flipping it...
