A pair of flat boots is one of my winter fashion essentials. They're easy to style with different outfits, comfy for running all the errands and shelter your toes from bitter cold. There are loads on the market at the minute, ranging from budget to blowout prices. Here are my picks of the save, spend and splurge options!
New Look is always my first choice for footwear as they are usually bang on trend and affordable prices. These quilted boots with buckles will add a tougher edge to a more feminine outfit. With the chunky sole they will take you right through the winter.
I know not everyone is a fan, but I love a bit of tan teamed with black. These River Island leather boots are right up my street. I love the equestrian feel and gold hardware, perfect for a more polished, sohpisticated look.
For my splurge option, I delved into the world of Treds and more specifically Uggs. These are not your typical Ugg boots which is what I loved about them. These offer much more protection from the wind and rain and again have the two tone colours. They have a luxurious crackled leather finish, antiqued metal stirrup, stacked-wood heel, signature logo and the trademark sheepskin-covered insole, which may explain why they are an eye watering £234.99! Very well worth it though as the quality of them would mean they last forever.
