We were sent the Ozeri 12" Wok a while ago and have been using it non stop since. It seems weird to say this about a Wok but I seriously love it! I can't believe how great it is and it has made cooking fun again for me. We eat a lot of stir fry type dishes but believe it or not, we have never owned an actual wok! We used to use a small saucepan which made it very difficult! This is a great size, I've never used anything so big but it makes it so much easier and we can make a bigger batch to eat as left overs!
The Ozeri wok is PTFE and PFOA free and has a non stick coating which is also scratch resistant. When I say non stick, it is seriously non stick, I don't have to use any oils which makes our meals a lot more healthier. We have been using it for weeks and still looks brand new. Now, I'm not the best cook, in fact, last night I actually boiled a pan dry and so it is now ruined and black, haha! I find it hard when cooking and trying to look after Sienna at the same time, something always ends up burnt. This wok has stopped our meals from being ruined! That has to be a good thing right?! I'm sure Warren is glad, haha! ;)
I will definitely be looking in to eventually getting all of my pans from this range as they are so brilliant and make cooking so easy for me!
