I'm always intrigued with new beauty box subscriptions as I love the concept & feel there is a great market for them. There seems to be a lot of them about & some people may think there are too many, but I disagree. I think they are a bit like magazines, they all have their own niche and some people may just prefer one style from the other.
Betrousse offers a monthly themed beauty kit that allows you to choose products that suit you best without any obligation. The products are in 'sale format', to allow you to sample the products exactly as you would buy them. I like how Betrousse works with a range of up and coming brands as I love finding new discoveries on the market.
I love the packaging of the box, the black and bright pink is right up my street, girly but still classy. The price is amazing considering the products are full size and exactly the same as if you had bought them full price. I also love how you get to choose from the different themes, this is something I haven't seen before with a monthly subscription box and allows your to have more satisfaction with that products you receive rather than being more hit and miss like some other boxes.
In my July 'Glitz & Glamour' box*, I got 4, full-sized products. The Fair Naturally Mango & Safflower body moisturiser, Jason Normalising shampoo, Benta Berry G-1 facial cleanser & Make Believe shimmer lipgloss. Out of these products, I had only heard of Make Believe as a brand so I was eager to try the other brands and it made receiving the box even more interesting.
Overall, i am happy with the product brands, the concept of the box and the service i received. I think it is more individual than other beauty boxes and i am very impressed! To check out the boxes for yourself, click here!
