Yesterday afternoon I did get round to doing my workouts and wow were they good! I have recently started doing Gina's Barre workouts.. I have seen Millie Macintosh talking about Barre so thought I'd give a go and ouch do they work! I am quite fit anyway and have to workout hard to feel my muscles work with 'normal' moves but Barre targets the tiny muscles we often forget to work so you feel it straight away! I did these two... Winter shape up week 3, Barre strength workout, they totally burnt out my upper & lower body, love it! Post workout snack was a new flavour of The Primal Pantry bars...
Soo yummy! I love these bars as they are 100% grain-free and raw/cold-pressed and taste delicious. I have tried to make my own but they just don't taste as good and aren't as convenient to grab after a workout. I can't wait to try the Hazelnut & Cocoa ones!
Sienna and I worked a bit on her alphabet on her chalk board.. She's getting there but she does get bored quite easily so we swiftly moved on too her Peppa Pig Jumbolino game
