It seems I have an obsession with red bags at the moment and this stunning dark red changing bag is my new love. It's a soft grain leather so amazing quality and the gold hardware just finishes it off beautifully. I have already gone through a few different changing bags since having Sienna and I often find I have to choose between the practical and stylish. This Coco red changing bag from BabyBeau is the perfect mix of both. It looks absolutely gorgeous yet is lightweight, spacious and can convert into a regular handbag if you ever have a child free day!
The Coco has a clever design and the size is very deceiving. I was a bit worried when I received it as to if it was going to be big enough, but inside there is so much space, plenty big enough for mum & baby/toddler and so many pockets. All the extras you need such as a changing mat, bottle holder and detachable pouch are also inside and feature the gorgeous silky, striped, wipeable lining.
The clever part about this bag is that the whole inside organiser section used for baby, can be just unpopped and removed. This leaves you with two separate bags, brilliant if you have to quickly hand over a child at nursery in the mornings or if you're partner very kindly offers to do the nappy change when you're out & about ;). It's also handy for when you do have a day on your own, there's no need to swap bags and forget to swap your card (been there, done that before!). Just simply pull the inner section out and then slot it back in when you get home.
As well as splitting into two separate bags and condensing into a satchel handbag, it can also be used as a full-size tote for the odd days where you need to carry around some extra bits and bobs. And when your children have outgrown needing a changing bag at all, you can still use it as a regular handbag. It is just so adaptable, I think it is amazing and if I had bought this in the beginning of my pregnancy, I would have saved a lot of money on all the other changing bags and handbags I have bought (and broken..) so far!
