New bits from Miners Cosmetics

Miners Cosmetics is fast becoming one of my favourite make-up brands. With their paraben free base products and gorgeous moisturising lipsticks, there isn't any reason to not love them.

The Fresh Faced powder is just my all time favourite setting powder, the colours seem to be brilliant including a really pale one which is perfect for non tanning days! It gives my skin a nice matte effect but isn't heavy or cake and helps add a bit more coverage to problem areas. It really is a must have in my makeup bag and a brilliant product to take on the go for touching up as it doesn't break me out. For £3.99 I much prefer this to the Rimmel Stay Matte powder and it's cheaper too.

This gorgeous berry nail polish 'Jezebel' is so glossy it leaves my nails looking shiny and almost gel like, amazing quality considering their polishes are just £2.99 each! I also noticed it dried really quickly which is brilliant and I am always doing my nails in a rush before bed! The colour looks lovely with a tan and a bright pink is always my go to colour in the Summer.

I'm always a bit sceptical of cheaper mascara as my experience in the past hasn't been great however, Miners Maxi Mascara Waterpoof mascara priced at just £3.49 is fab! I love that it's waterproof as having oily skin and eyelids, my mascara does seem to transfer when the warmer months arrive. I have experience no transferring with this and it gives my lashes a nice amount of volume and length, perfect for the daytime. Another thing to add is that even though it's waterproof, it is easily removed with my coconut oil or water wipes.

Another product perfect for the Spring/Summer is the Matte lipstick in 'Wonderland'. As I mentioned I have oily skin so I do prefer Matte lipsticks in the spring as otherwise my face can look a little too shiny in the sunlight! Oranges are so on trend right now and I personally love the colour, it can look great with a tan or with pale skin depending on the shade and tone. This one has a nice coral tone so it isn't too bright but makes a nice change to red, it's also a really moisturising formulation considering it is a 'Matte' effect lipstick. Again, brilliant quality for the RRP of just £3.99!
