I really like to work with brands that I am passionate about and I like to try and support them when I can. When looking for new children's items, I try to look through my blog and pick from company's I have worked with in the past as a way of saying thanks for working with me. I find buying children's clothing online much easier than buying for myself so I tend to go a bit overboard. On Friday I got a little carried away looking at the baby boys clothes. I don't know why but I am sure that baby number 2 will be a boy.. but then I was adamant Sienna was a boy the whole way through my pregnancy too, whoops!
Dressing a boy is very different to a girl I feel. I think I would have my boy in more casual, comfy clothes where as with Sienna I had her in full on outfits from 3 months. I want to go for a navy, grey and green theme with stripes, although I am sure he will be spoilt with lots of baby blue clothes as well, not that I have anything wrong with that! I just love navy, grey and stripes more :)
Just as Sienna lives in leggings, I am pretty sure he would live in the little jogging bottoms, how adorable are they?! The stripy ones are perfect. I would definitely stock up on vests and babygrows, if he is as sick as Sienna was we will be going through a lot! As well as that, I also think t-shirts, jumpers, a nice jacket and a good snowsuit are all among the basics of the first year! Now, I just need to getting started on the baby, haha!!
